Joan graduated from Northeastern University and along with her husband Michael, began Franklin Caterers in 1982. She joined the team full-time in 1985 after her two kids were born. Joan was and continues to be instrumental in building the catering brand of the business with her party planning expertise.
Michael, along with his wife Joan, started Franklin Caterers in 1982. A graduate of the UMass School of Hotel and Restaurant Management, Michael continues to spread his wealth of knowledge as an Advisory Board Member of the Hospitality and Tourism Program at Framingham State University.
Jeremy grew up in the family business and started working in the kitchen full time in 2004. Since then, he has grown from "helping out" to the Head Chef of the kitchen. His love and passion for food is evident in all the dishes he creates.
Chantina began working at Franklin Caterers in 2006 back when we were still at Caraway's. Since then, she has taken over SMOC which feeds children in the HeadStart Program as well as working behind the scenes at many of our on-site events.
We are fortunate to have an amazing staff that have worked for us for many years.
We are a family!
